Soluble in ethyl alcohol.
Spruce Gum KUUSK is 100% sustainable. The gum is hand-picked once the tree has built a solid natural shield around wounds on the trunk and does not require further protection. Very old spruce trees are not even harmed at all throughout the collection process. KUUSK is ideal for violin varnishes, since it has a natural warm dark color.
