Most of our products can be shipped by DHL in Germany and Europe.
Gross packaging weight usually is about 10% higher as the total net weight of your order, e.g. 8 kg order quantity equals about 8.8 kg package weight.

For shipments within Germany up to 1 kg. Will arrive approx. 2 working days after dispatch.
DHL Standard Germany - 8,63 € (incl. VAT) / per package

Complaints
We always do our best to ensure that your package reaches you intact. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the handling of parcels in transit. The parcel services are now only liable for transport damage if this is reported directly to the deliverer or if acceptance of the parcel is refused due to obvious damage. If the parcel is accepted and receipt is acknowledged without restriction or note, the goods are considered to have been delivered properly and undamaged. Therefore, please check upon receipt whether the goods are damaged before signing for them. If, contrary to expectations, there is any damage or defect in the delivery, please contact us directly and be sure to note this in writing to the carrier when accepting the delivery.
